Crispy chicken


Denne e  kyllingen er så fuktig på innsiden, og at crispy tekstur utenfor gjør den  så yummy.





Ingredienser
1 / 4 kopp melk
3/4 kopp flour
salt & pepper to taste
1/4 ts paprika
1 ss hvit eddik eller sitronsaft
ca 750 gr. kyllingfilet
olje til fritering

Slik  gjør du

Start by mixing milk and vinegar and set aside. Then mix allpurpose flour, salt and pepper and place in plastic bag. In about 5 min, the milk Will Be Cut chicken simply put fish in the milk and simply in plastic bag with flour mixture one by one. Mix well until all pieces covered with flour. Heat the oil and put some chicken pieces. Bring Them two brown, simply thorn down the heat and cover. Bake until finished. Dry with a kitchen towel before serving
