Ingredients
500 gr. ground meat
2 big onions
1 clove of garlic
1 tsp ginger
i tbs lemon juice
1 tbs garam masala
1 bunch of parsley leaves
salt and pepper to taste
little bitt chilli powder if you want it hot
cooking oil for deepfrying
How you do it
chop the onions in very small pieces,crush garlic and ginger , or grind on moter, mix with meat, add lemon juice salt and pepper, and chilli if you have, marinate for 1 hour. Chop parsley leaves and sett aside.
On the pan , warm1tbs oil fry meat and add chopped onions, cook until brown set aside and start fryng onions until they are soft and clear. Add meat and mix. Add chopped parsley leaves, mix take out of the heat and cool them to roomtemperature.
The prepare the pastry.
You can make it home, but the easy way is to buy the samosa pastry form the asia shop.
what you need is ready made samosa pastry
a mixture of water and flour, just make a heavy mixture, this you gonna use as a glue .
so cut the samosa pastry in rectangula shape .

so it will be looking like a cone |
so in this cone , you fyll the meet mixture , before you glue at the top and close. |
Voila |
Then deep fry your samosa til golden brown. Then dry with kitchen towel.before serving.
